Stratigent is seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated Senior Analyst for a full-time or contract position in the Minneapolis area.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for web analytics and a track record of successfully implementing web analytics solutions such as WebTrends, Omniture, Google Analytics and other leading solutions.  As an important member of the Stratigent team, you will work directly with the client as well as other analysts to deliver solutions to unique business problems by leveraging your technical background and implementation experience.

Required Experience:

Primary Responsibilities Include:

·         Lead clients along the Strategic Roadmap starting with software implementations.  Continue building the relationship by performing analysis to deliver insights and recommendations to clients.

·         Lead software implementations and customize projects - implement, configure, and customize various web analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs.

·         Establish page tagging standards and build business processes to streamline tag deployments across client’s web properties.

·         Perform analysis of client’s site performance, identifying under performing areas, search marketing effectiveness, and presenting recommendations for improvement.

·         Perform online testing to optimize client’s websites.

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, marketing, economics, mathematics, or other rigorous technical program.

·         2-4 years experience with web analytics and online marketing initiatives; specific experience with web analytics software implementations preferred.

·         Knowledge of web analytics, including technical knowledge of web analytics applications and the ability to understand the business needs of clients.

·         Knowledge or experience with JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL and web server (IIS, Apache).

·         Highly motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·         A desire to improve and expand his/her skill set in a variety of technical and business areas
