Job Description

 

Reporting to Team Lead of Software Services, this position will act as recruitment project coordinator for web based survey deployment using “SiteRecruit” and “AdRecruit” technologies. SiteRecruit™ is a Web-based intercept technology and AdRecruit™ is a JavaScript based intercept technology.  Both are custom built applications.

 

·         Liaise with the Research and Survey Operations departments to obtain and manage parameters for online recruitment projects. 

·         Perform operational quality assurance checks 

·         Address recruitment and technology questions from Research and other departments. 

·         Provide sales and research teams with project feasibility assessments.

·         Interface with the external clients to provide the required ‘scripts’ and ensure successful implementation. 

·         Update and monitor the recruitment schedule for external clients.

·         Create custom scripts and invitations based upon input from the external client and Research. 

·         Provide SiteRecruit and AdRecruit technical and business training where appropriate, document and internally communicate any changes to department process.

 

·         Provide support to the Software Services and Development departments.

 

·         Responsible for overall client satisfaction by supporting internally developed applications and tools.  This also includes supporting clients that are west coast based.

 

·         Handle custom HTML editing and JavaScript scripting for development and recruitment projects

 

·         Participate in product and system QA, user specification and user manual documentation.

 

·         Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Software Services

This Job Requires the Following Skills:

Required Skills:

 

• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• JavaScript, .Net, SQL and HTML
  Project Management and Client Service skills
• Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Social Sciences or Computing) with a strong aptitude toward technology

• Technical Client support
• Quality Control experience
• Market Research experience an asset
• Internet Advertising experience an asset
