Purpose |

|
Develop a culture of online analytics and fact-based insights to continually drive improved business results and customer experience. Influence the direction of the online measurement program, integration of results and recommendations into cross-channel marketing, and the process mapping of measurement implementation. Will administer and configure at least one or more of the following Web Analytics tools; WebTrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Visual Sciences. Other areas of emphasis will include: financial or business reporting and analysis; developing and maintaining dashboards and performing ad hoc analysis in a web marketing or e-tail environment. |
