WAA Membership Agreement
General
The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that a binding contract will be formed between the parties when it submits the application form, and will commit the Applicant to (i) timely payment of annual Membership dues and fees as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors and (ii) comply with all the terms and conditions of WAA’s Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws, and the Terms and Conditions, as from time to time in force (which the Applicant acknowledges it has reviewed) and such rules and policies as the Board of Directors and/or committees may from time to time adopt. The Applicant certifies that it meets the conditions of Membership specified in the Bylaws.
Logo Usage
Members are entitled to display the WAA logo while they remain in good standing, but only for such purposes, and subject to such rules, as from time to time are described in the WAA Logo Usage Policy, or upon request to . When a company/individual ceases to be a member, it must remove all references to WAA from its stationery, promotional material, and website within thirty days.
Membership List Usage
No member of WAA may solicit for, or use the official membership list for any commercial purposes. This is a direct violation of our privacy policy. Any exceptions must be given explicit advanced approval in writing by the Board of Directors Chairman.
Members wishing to communicate events or messages to other members may do so by requesting inclusion in an upcoming newsletter or calendar. Please contact to learn more about adding your item to the newsletter. Members are invited to post their web analytics events on our calendar directly (the postings are moderated).
